When will my item be dispatched? We aim to have your item(s) posted to you within one working day, if you order by 1pm we will ship same day
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We do ship internationally, there may delivery charges that apply, these will be added in your shopping basket on checkout or we will contact you personally to discuss depending on the items you have ordered
There is an issue with my personalised item, can I exchange it? Unfortunately not, we will ask you before creating your item to check all spelling and design if it's required, it is your responsibility to own any spelling or design.
Where is my order? If you haven't received your order within the allocated time (Please take into account any delays with local mail) please contact us
Will you send my order special delivery or any other service? Yes, please contact us to discuss as charges will be incurred and payable by you
I no longer like the item, can I get a refund? Please see our refund policy - we want you to be happy with your items and will offer an exchange where eligible.
Will you refund my postage if I return an item? We do not refund original postage costs, please contact us if you wish to return an item
How long is your returns period? Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if you change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 working days after the date of delivery, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return as long as the item is return in the original packaging with labels attached and unworn. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
Will I receive a full refund? To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to say an item is not it's original condition and therefore only offer store credit
